I'd like to first start off by saying that I pretty much never write reviews. However, Turf Solutions deserves all the praise I can give and more. We called them to come check out our space to provide an estimate (which was extremely fair and reasonable) and within a week they were installing the turf and creating an absolute dream backyard atmosphere for our children to run around in.
I started by getting quotes from 3 different companies through YELP. All 3 companies gave me 3 different quotes. Turf Solutions happened to be the lowest but it was over my budget. I called Efren(Owner) and he worked with me within my budget.
We signed the contract which sated it could take 2 days to complete the project. I have watched the workers doing their magic from beginning to end. I am very very please, happy and satisfied with their work and they finished it in 1 1/2 days. The finished product was amazing and looks beautiful. I couldn’t be more happier with this company and I would highly recommend Efren from Turf Solutions to anyone. They re very friendly and professional individuals. The owner Efren also replaced my irrigation system and installed drips on my planters and did a great job. Thank you to Turf Solutions for making my front lawn so beautiful. Turf Solutions did my neighbors yard and I had asked if they would recommend him, which they did with no hesitation. Their quote was very competitive and up front. Their customer service was top notch. They were easy to work with, professional, thorough, and a delight to work with. I had a small issue with a sprinkler after the job, and they came back promptly and fixed the issue and fixed a break I caused with my shovel when planting after they left. Above and beyond describes everything they did perfectly.
We had done some research on turf installation companies and shortlisted three in the North County area, mainly based on online reviews. After seeing samples of their turf and receiving their estimates, we asked each for references, visited some of their past installations and spoke with several homeowners. Based on our research, and especially due to the rave reviews from their past clients, we selected Turf Solutions and are very pleased that we did! From the initial visit, the owner, Efren, listened to our ideas and added his suggestions, based on his experience. He did a very thorough job of measuring and everything turned out exactly as he’d promised. His team arrived on time, worked diligently and neatly throughout the day and cleaned up completely when they were finished. The result exceeded our highest expectations and we are very happy with our new backyard! We have already referred his company to a friend of ours and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Turf Solutions, Efren and his entire team did a phenomenal job installing over 900 square feet turf in the backyard with pavers all the way across. Efren and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and easy going. Efren explained the whole process ahead of time so there were not any surprises along the way which made it a stress free experience. The team worked work with us every step of the way and had no issues making changes on the fly. Everyday the team arrived on time, were respectful of the property, and keep things clean and organized throughout the day. When the team finished for the day, they cleaned, swept and put everything back in its place. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and going above and beyond all expectations. Efren volunteered to pick up the pavers from Lowes (twice) and even helped us take back the leftover pavers after the job was done. I cannot thank Efren and his team for a job well done. I highly recommend Turf Solutions for any project. You will be amazed by their professionalism, attention to detail and high quality work that they do. They deserve 10 stars!!!
